How to set up your store

Congratulations! Now that your store has been approved, check out this guide to make it yours.

You can click on the “visit now” link on the e-mail you have received to start selling. If necessary, please check your inbox and spam folder for our e-mail from admin@myflair.uk. 

or click on Login/register on the homepage top right corner

The links will take you to your dashboard. Click on SETTINGS to set up your store

If not, click on Store manager to get there

STORE

Under “store”, add your banner image and logo

IMPORTANT – Choose to show or to hide your private details by ticking the fields circled in red.

Save your changes – this is important to ensure it is all saved!

LOCATION – Only fill in if you have a physical store

PAYMENTS

Choose the way you want to be paid for your sold items amongst PayPal, Bank Transfer or Stripe.

MyFlair.uk uses a safe web application firewall that is encrypted from end to end, to protect sellers and buyers 24/7. In addition, you can choose to get payed by bank transfer or on your paypal account which is as easy as typing the e-mail address linked to your paypal account! Nothing else required.

SHIPPING

  • Processing time: Standard shipping terms (which you will be able to change on some products say if you sell personalised items amongst your offer)
  • Shipping type: which we recommend you choose by weight as only sales to the UK markets are allowed. Royal mail standards are already set, but you can change and add yours!
  • Enable Local Pickup: choose to allow your customers to click and collect…or not!

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

If you have a physical store, you can enter your store address and contact support. If you don’t though, we recommend you let customers contact you only through the Enquiry button on your store page so to preserve your privacy and avoid unsolicited e-mails.

STORE HOURS – Not required

As a seller you can contribute to the community blogs by writing articles that we’ll share on social media to promote your products – we will help you writing posts that will attract attention to your store.
