A quick-fix problem-solving session, dedicated to those specific issues that you need more support with. Open to individuals for personal purposes and for businesses. We’ll discuss your specific challenge(s) and then get to work on finding you a solution.
Included in this 2 hour 1-1 call you will get a:
– Pre-questionnaire to complete so I can get to know you and your household / business
– Full discussion full of tips, suggestions, discussing priorities, challenges and then goal setting / action plan
– A written overview of the main points discussed and agreed actions emailed to you

Shipping Policy
All services will be completed virtually unless previously agreed to complete at a specified location in person.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations
Any cancellations of 1:1 services must be cancelled atleast 7 days prior to your agreed appointment date and a full refund minus £10 administration fee will be returned.
If you wish to rearrange the date of your 1:1 service, then please give atleast 7 days notice, otherwise your session may be cancelled at full cost unless in extreme, unforeseen circumstances.
We are unable to cancel or refund you if you have purchased a downloadable course/workshop as you will have already gained access to that product.
